zooplus AG Annual General Meeting 2020
This year’s Annual General Meeting of zooplus AG will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020, from 12:00 (CEST) in Munich.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances caused by the spread of the coronavirus, this year’s Annual General Meeting will, as an exception, be held as a virtual meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies (with the exception of the voting representatives appointed by the Company).
Shareholders who have registered for the Annual General Meeting will be able to follow the Annual General Meeting live on the Internet via the Investor Portal. Voting rights can be exercised by postal vote or by granting proxy authorization with instructions to the voting representatives appointed by the Company. This is already possible in the run-up to the Annual General Meeting and also online during the Annual General Meeting. Shareholders also have the opportunity to submit questions to the Board of Management via the Investor Portal up to two days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders wishing to use the Investor Portal or exercise their voting right by other means are requested to register for the Annual General Meeting via their custodian bank. With the registration confirmation, shareholders will receive their personal access data for using the Investor Portal.
